Yes, it is all of these things, and probably more. Print it out, either single or double-sided, cut, or cut and fold, and then insert into your book of choice as a handy reference, for a quick idea, or as an oracle.

What's inside the box?

A PDF ready for either single or double-sided portrait printing

A .txt version for screen readers 

The text version reads each bookmark as presented, in a column, starting with bookmark one. There are no illustrations.

Assembling the Placemark 

Six different single sided bookmarks

Print a single sided copy on heavier stock and cut out each bookmark.

Two  supercool double wide or trifold bookmarks (cf screenshot!)

1. Print the PDF double sided. The two pages of the PDF are identical and should line up on most printers. 
2. Trim the excess paper from all four sides of the entire block of six columns.Do not cut apart the columns!
3. Separate/cut columns one to three from columns four to six. This should give you two identical 3-column wide double-sided pieces.
4. You can stop here with two wide bookmarks, or for narrower bookmarks crease along each line separating the three columns, then fold. It does not particularly matter which fold is on top, as you will be flipping and arranging them during use.
